QRY seeks a Paid Media Strategist to manage and optimize paid social and programmatic display campaigns for a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clients, translating performance data into strategic decisions that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, book and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit
- Develop and execute A/B tests on audiences, creative, landing pages and offers
- Manage campaign trafficking, asset collection and implementation
- Lead monthly reporting and strategy sessions with clients
- Monitor pacing and performance against KPI targets and recommend strategic pivots
- Prepare accurate monthly forecasts tied to revenue and budget goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative assets and identify cross-channel opportunities
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on paid media management experience, preferably in an agency
- Proven success managing Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit campaigns for retail or ecommerce brands
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning complex data into actionable insights and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple client accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science or related field preferred
- Passion for ecommerce, digital advertising and continuous learning
