The PPC Specialist oversees the creation, execution, and refinement of paid search campaigns on various digital platforms, leveraging data analysis and conversion monitoring to boost outcomes. This remote role involves partnering with account managers to align efforts with client objectives, requiring sharp analytical skills, effective communication, and proficiency in handling multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, initiate, and oversee digital ad campaigns from inception to evaluation.
- Handle campaigns on Google Ads and possibly Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing.
- Track and tweak campaign results for better efficiency.
- Perform regular assessments of client account performances.
- Refine campaigns via modifications to targeting, creatives, landing pages, bids, placements, budgets, and settings.
- Evaluate metrics to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
- Set up and sustain conversion tracking with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager for actions like forms, calls, and purchases.
- Apply data insights to guide optimizations and reports.
- Deliver periodic updates and recommendations to account managers on campaign progress and actions.
- Engage in team discussions and use communication tools for collaboration.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in digital marketing, emphasizing Google paid ads.
- Over 1 year handling US-targeted campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of ad metrics and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ads Offline Editor, Search Console, Data Studio/Looker Studio, SEMRush, CallRail, and Unbounce.
- Expertise in conversion tracking and attribution.
- Skill in interpreting data for practical improvements.
- Fluent advanced English for business interactions and reports.
- Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads and Analytics; experience with Meta, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Ads.
