Own paid demand generation and nurture programs that convert market interest into qualified pipeline and platform users. Partner with the VP of Marketing and Sales to execute GTM strategy across B2B enterprise and self-serve/SMB channels while driving measurable CAC, ROAS, and pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute B2B paid digital strategy across search, social, and display channels targeting enterprise marketers, agencies, and SMB advertisers.
- Design and manage user-acquisition and lead-generation campaigns for enterprise sales, self-serve Ads Manager, and new marketplace products.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing to build nurture and lifecycle email programs that move prospects through the funnel.
- Manage day-to-day agency and vendor relationships, including performance agency oversight and budget pacing.
- Deliver demand-gen reporting on pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, and channel efficiency with clear recommendations on optimization.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, challenge channel plans for efficiency, and ensure alignment to business goals.
- Partner with Sales to refine lead quality and optimize toward higher-value customers.
- Develop creative messaging and run A/B tests to improve conversion performance.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth roles, preferably at a startup, B2B SaaS, or ad-tech company.
- Proven record of running paid campaigns that generate pipeline.
- Comfort running programs across both enterprise B2B and self-serve/SMB motions.
- Strong data fluency, attribution expertise, and analytical instincts; able to troubleshoot attribution issues independently.
- Ability to translate GTM briefs into executable channel plans with minimal oversight.
- AI-forward mindset with sound judgment on when and how to apply AI tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic DSPs such as The Trade Desk (nice to have).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing-automation platforms (nice to have).
- Experience balancing brand and performance budgets (nice to have).
- Prior work in ad tech, location intelligence, or marketing technology (nice to have).

- Base salary $85,000–$115,000 plus 15% bonus ($97,750–$132,250 OTE), adjusted by location.
