Seeking a skilled TikTok Ads specialist for a dynamic digital education brand focused on social commerce and creator monetization, responsible for optimizing ad performance, scaling campaigns, and expanding to Meta platforms in a remote US-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management and optimization of TikTok ad campaigns, encompassing budget allocation, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring
- Handle live campaign adjustments during high-spend webinar periods on Sundays and Wednesdays with real-time optimizations
- Aggressively expand successful creatives while swiftly eliminating underperformers to enhance ROAS
- Address TikTok ad challenges such as disapprovals, downtime, and fluctuations to maintain campaign continuity
- Analyze high-performing ads to suggest innovative creative strategies including hooks, messaging, and targeting
- Direct the initiation and growth of Meta ads as an additional acquisition avenue
- Partner with the founder to refine audience targeting, messaging, and landing page elements using conversion analytics
- Conduct ongoing tests of audiences, creatives, and campaign setups to boost overall effectiveness
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of direct media buying experience, mandatory in TikTok
- Demonstrated success in scaling paid campaigns with quantifiable results in ROAS, CPA, and CAC
- Deep knowledge of the TikTok advertising landscape, covering creative experimentation and platform dynamics
- Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) or capacity to adapt swiftly
- Background in info products, digital courses, or webinar funnels is advantageous
- Capability to execute quick, data-informed choices in intense, rapid-paced settings
- Robust analytical abilities to convert data into practical recommendations
- Ease in collaborating with founders and demonstrating strong ownership
