Lead and implement digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, attract customers, and accelerate revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and refine paid advertising efforts on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, including targeting, segmentation, and KPI monitoring such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR
- Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals, coordinating assets, timelines, and testing of new approaches
- Execute and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Analyze performance data across channels using analytics tools, build reports and dashboards, and derive insights to optimize funnels, attribution, and resource allocation
- Supervise content distribution and social media activities, ensuring brand alignment, managing calendars, and tracking engagement to refine strategies
- Maintain marketing operations, tools, and workflows, including documentation of processes and integration of AI for efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing with proven paid media management and results
- Strong knowledge of customer funnels, attribution models, and optimization techniques across digital channels including paid, email, and analytics
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making
- Excellent English communication and ability to operate independently in remote settings
- Preferred: Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or marketplace marketing; influencer partnerships; SEO or CRO basics; agency or team management; international campaigns
- Required tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics GA4, email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, Google Sheets or Excel
