Valatam seeks a Paid Media Manager to create, implement, and refine online paid ad initiatives on platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, aimed at securing quality leads and boosting brand awareness for North American and Canadian business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and oversee paid ad strategies on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Launch, track, and refine ad campaigns to maximize performance and return on investment.
- Craft engaging ad content and collaborate with designers on visual elements.
- Perform A/B tests on advertisements, landing pages, forms, targeting, and audience groups.
- Investigate and outline target demographics aligned with the ideal customer profile.
- Evaluate campaign metrics and deliver monthly reports featuring practical recommendations.
Qualifications
- Advanced English (C1/C2) proficiency alongside Spanish.
- At least three years in marketing with hands-on paid ad management on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Superior communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Dedicated quiet workspace, reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload), and secondary connection option.
- Preference for a bachelor’s or associate’s degree.
