Aperture is seeking a Graphic Designer to enhance and expand performance creative production. This position focuses on transforming creative concepts into effective visuals for paid social media, UGC, static formats, and innovative types, collaborating with creative strategists, performance specialists, and creator managers to create platform-optimized, conversion-driven assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing assets for paid social statics, carousels, UGC-style overlays, ad variations, landing page visuals, and creator assets.
  • Convert briefs into compelling visuals that influence scroll behavior, clarity, and conversion.
  • Execute designs that are native to platforms including TikTok, Meta feeds, Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts, prioritizing platform fit over mere aesthetics.
  • Generate multiple variations of concepts rapidly and iterate based on performance testing for hooks, formats, layouts, and messaging.
  • Sustain high output across multiple accounts using structured systems for briefing, production, versioning, and file organization to avoid production delays.
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists for concept alignment, performance teams for effectiveness insights, and creator managers for UGC support, incorporating feedback efficiently.
  • Leverage AI tools for accelerated production, including image generation, background edits, asset variations, and rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience collaborating with creative or performance teams.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalents.
  • Ability to work quickly and create numerous variations.
  • Bonus for experience with motion, video, or editing tools.
  • Knowledge of performance drivers including CTR, clarity, and hooks.
  • Familiarity with social platforms and adapting designs across them.
  • Background in designing for paid social, performance marketing, or digital products.
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating clear, effective designs in ads, UGC, or conversion-oriented content.
  • Attentiveness to details, openness to feedback, focus on clarity over aesthetics, speed, organization, and results orientation.
  • Comfort handling imperfect inputs to produce strong outputs.
