Owns planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lowering cost per conversion and improving ROAS for a high-ticket coaching firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track and analyze performance metrics with emphasis on cost per conversion and total conversions.
- Continuously test creatives, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS.
- Partner with marketing to align paid efforts with lead-generation objectives.
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on management of paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by lowering cost per conversion and increasing lead volume.
- Solid grasp of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ad creative best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and own performance outcomes.
