Join a U.S.-based digital marketing agency as a Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube for high-profile accounts while collaborating with internal teams to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Local) and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Collaborate with Marketing Advisors, developers, and project managers to align campaigns with business goals
- Allocate budgets effectively and monitor pacing to maximize ROI
- Generate reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
- Write ad copy and support basic creative production using Canva for display ads
- Set up tracking and analytics including Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Mentor and support junior paid media specialists (senior hire only)
- Stay current on platform updates and industry trends to improve performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media campaign management
- Proven ability to plan and optimize campaigns for measurable results
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics/reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategy
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and project coordination tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English proficiency
- Portfolio showing past campaign metrics, screenshots, or walkthroughs
- Experience leading or mentoring paid media teams
- Knowledge of HubSpot, CallRail, and full marketing attribution setup (preferred)
