Drive inbound pipeline and brand visibility by managing paid media campaigns on major platforms and supporting execution of an extensive events program in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn including setup, targeting, budgeting, and creative rotation
- Monitor and optimize campaigns weekly to improve CAC, CPL, and ROAS while delivering weekly and monthly funnel performance reports
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for smaller events and support senior staff on larger events, maintaining calendars, logistics, and documentation
- Coordinate pre-event promotions across email, social, and paid channels and manage post-event lead follow-up workflows in HubSpot
- Track event ROI metrics such as leads captured, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on at least two of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Asana or comparable project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently
- Ownership mindset and comfort working remotely with stable high-speed internet during 9:00 am–6:00 pm MST hours
