Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Generate and scale qualified leads while improving lead quality, CPL, CAC and pipeline impact.
- Test new channels, audiences, creatives and campaign approaches.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, offers and conversion funnels.
- Monitor and improve conversion performance across the funnel.
- Ensure correct tracking, attribution and reporting setup.
- Deliver regular performance insights and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
- 1+ year in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.
- Experience with B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in paid social, retargeting and display campaigns.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel logic.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL/CAC.
- Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization.
- Understanding of attribution, tracking and conversion setup.
- Ability to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales and Design.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools.
