Drive B2B lead acquisition through multi-channel paid campaigns, optimizing performance across social, display, retargeting and funnel touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns for B2B lead generation.
  • Generate and scale qualified leads while improving lead quality, CPL, CAC and pipeline impact.
  • Test new channels, audiences, creatives and campaign approaches.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, offers and conversion funnels.
  • Monitor and improve conversion performance across the funnel.
  • Ensure correct tracking, attribution and reporting setup.
  • Deliver regular performance insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.
  • Experience with B2B lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience in paid social, retargeting and display campaigns.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
  • Familiarity with landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel logic.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL/CAC.
  • Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization.
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking and conversion setup.
  • Ability to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales and Design.
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools.
