Channel Factory is seeking a motivated Digital Media Planner-Strategist to lead RFP processes, craft targeted media plans using YouTube and emerging channels, and drive client success through data-informed strategies in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RFP projects by coordinating with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables, while updating Salesforce records accurately
  • Develop strategic digital media plans leveraging Channel Factory’s products to meet client performance objectives
  • Create sample audience targeting lists tailored to brand goals
  • Provide guidance and respond to inquiries from clients and sales teams on product details, specs, vendor integrations, and research
  • Collaborate with account management for smooth handoffs from planning to execution phases
  • Analyze product research, market trends, and past campaign data to enhance RFP proposals
  • Partner with sales to identify and pursue new opportunities with inactive clients
  • Contribute to sales collateral development, including case studies, RFIs, spec sheets, best practices, trends, and product updates
  • Handle additional assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in digital media agency, ad tech, or publisher sales roles, such as assistant planner or strategist, with solid grasp of media math and terms
  • 1+ years of direct experience in planning or implementing video ads on platforms like YouTube via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, PMD, Programmatic, or DV360
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Self-motivated initiator who works urgently and disciplined across time zones
  • Highly organized problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Collaborative team player able to manage relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in Excel for calculations, pivot tables, and charts
  • Adaptable learner in fast-evolving digital landscapes
  • Enthusiastic about sales processes with potential interest in sales or account roles
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities using PowerPoint, calls, and emails
  • Upholds professionalism, integrity, and ethics; occasional travel required
