Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google and Meta to drive qualified traffic and conversions for a gig-worker platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Write ad copy and collaborate with design on creative assets
- Configure tracking—pixels, UTMs, conversion events—and verify accuracy
- Monitor daily performance and optimise for CPC, CTR, ROAS and CPA
- Research audiences and create targeted segments
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy and audiences
- Report weekly on spend, performance and optimisation recommendations
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns (personal or professional)
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of tracking and attribution
- Budget-conscious with a focus on ROAS
- No degree required
