Lead creative development for organic and paid short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta to convert attention into customers while aligning strategy with performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy across organic and paid channels including hooks, angles, formats, and narratives
- Write scripts and briefs for short-form videos and ad creative
- Deliver 30-50 ad variations per month alongside consistent organic content output
- Collaborate with media buyers to interpret performance metrics and refine subsequent creative iterations
- Monitor platform trends, formats, and algorithmic changes to inform creative decisions
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating range across talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonial, and meme-edit styles
- Ability to discuss performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and analyze ad account data
- Experience personally shipping hundreds of ad variations
- Strong writing skills for hooks, scripts, and captions that capture attention within the first three seconds
- Understanding of full-funnel dynamics between creative, landing page, offer, and audience
