We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with expertise in Go High Level to manage the complete construction and deployment of client campaigns, collaborating closely with B2B digital marketing agencies in a dynamic, high-execution setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy Meta paid media campaigns for B2B agency clients from inception.
  • Configure Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, Meta Pixels, Conversions API, and audience frameworks.
  • Incorporate ad creatives and copy, structure campaigns and ad sets, and ready them for activation.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance inspections prior to launch to verify tracking, integrations, and conversion functionality.
  • Design responsive landing pages in GoHighLevel, prioritizing mobile optimization.
  • Implement forms, thank-you pages, confirmation sequences, and lead distribution mechanisms.
  • Integrate pages with pipelines, automations, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Construct full GoHighLevel environments encompassing pipelines, opportunity phases, custom fields, tags, email and SMS nurture sequences, missed-call responses, speed-to-lead processes, calendar connections, lead source monitoring, and analytics.
  • Adhere to internal construction protocols and deliver superior execution.
  • Conduct initiation and deployment sessions with clients, collecting technical specifications, overseeing schedules, and resolving obstacles.
  • Guide clients through finalized systems and provide clear explanations.
  • Assist with live activations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Record setups and transition projects seamlessly.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record in creating and activating Meta ad campaigns for agencies, clients, or internal brands.
  • In-depth understanding of Meta Business Manager, ad account configuration, tracking pixels, and Conversions API.
  • Expertise in GoHighLevel for funnels, pipelines, automations, integrations, and CRM configuration.
  • Proficiency in conducting client interactions and articulating technical ideas effectively.
  • Superior English communication abilities in both written and spoken forms.
  • Meticulous focus on details with rigorous standards for quality assurance and implementation.
  • Capacity to operate efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle concurrent projects.
  • Autonomous and responsible in a remote setting.
