QRY seeks a Paid Search Strategist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube and other retail channels for a portfolio of 5-8 retail and ecommerce clients, translating performance data into clear decisions that meet client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Bing Ads, Amazon) across the client portfolio.
- Develop search plans and run structured A/B tests on keywords, bids, ad copy, landing pages, and offers.
- Present monthly performance reports to clients, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain overall channel communication.
- Create monthly channel forecasts aligned with budget and revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and client teams to ensure campaign specifications and goals are met.
- Identify and execute cross-channel opportunities that drive performance improvements.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on paid search/SEM experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical ability to turn complex data into actionable plans and reports.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Proven time-management and multitasking capabilities.
- Passion for ecommerce, advertising, and agency environments with continuous learning mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot creatively and maintain a professional remote workspace.
