Seeking a dedicated SEO Strategist for a premier digital marketing agency serving the legal sector, responsible for crafting and implementing organic and local search plans to drive business growth for law firm clients, with full ownership from audits to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organic and local SEO strategies tailored to client growth objectives
  • Perform technical, content, and backlink audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Local Falcon
  • Create prioritized SEO roadmaps informed by audits, data, and competitor insights
  • Carry out local SEO efforts such as Google Business Profile enhancements, localized content upgrades, local link building, and reputation management
  • Evaluate local ranking elements including proximity, SERP dynamics, prominence, relevance, and trust indicators
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams on technical and user experience enhancements
  • Assist in link building, outreach, and digital PR activities
  • Provide detailed, outcome-oriented reporting and strategic advice to clients
  • Keep abreast of search algorithm changes, local trends, new tools, and AI impacts on search
  • Enhance internal processes through documentation, workflow optimizations, and team knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of practical SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Extensive knowledge of Local SEO for physical or service-oriented businesses, including ranking drivers and issue diagnosis
  • Proficiency in technical SEO, on-page optimization, schema markup, site architecture, and link strategies
  • Competent use of Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple client portfolios effectively
  • Solid analytical abilities to convert data into practical strategies
  • Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML or CSS
  • Effective client communication and presentation capabilities
  • Proactive approach focused on execution and opportunity identification
