Creative Strategist position at a fast-scaling performance marketing agency, focusing on developing and optimizing data-driven creative strategies for paid social and digital campaigns to boost client ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Lead creative ideation, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles for performance marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-converting creatives
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative improvements
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to inform campaign direction
- Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and scalable campaign concepts
- Drive continuous optimization of ad creatives to improve CTR, CPA, and ROI
- Mentor junior creatives or provide direction where needed
Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of experience in a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing, or similar role
- Strong expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns through creative testing and iteration
- Experience leading creative direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools is highly preferred
