Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize client accounts emphasizing lead generation via Google Ads
- Build, structure, and enhance campaigns on Search, Demand Gen, and YouTube platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and execute optimizations to boost lead quality, ROAS, and profitability
- Detect funnel bottlenecks from traffic to conversions and propose solutions
- Conduct client calls to deliver insights, updates, and expansion strategies
- Serve as primary contact for proactive advice and sustained improvements
- Partner with internal teams on landing pages, operations, and client success
- Align campaigns with client objectives to achieve growth milestones
Qualifications
- 2–6+ years of direct experience in Google Ads campaign management, specializing in lead generation
- Demonstrated success in profitably scaling and optimizing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of performance marketing and conversion funnels
- Prior client-facing experience, including leading discussions and performance reviews
- Robust analytical abilities, proficient with Google Analytics and conversion tracking for decision-making
- Capacity to handle multiple accounts with strong ownership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication with a consultative style
