Drive paid social strategy and performance for multiple consulting clients by leading campaign development, execution, media buying, and ongoing optimization to support revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across several clients, covering account setup, media buying, and campaign management
- Monitor performance daily, own budget pacing, and deliver client reporting and insights
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, running meetings, status updates, and presentations
- Identify performance opportunities, apply statistical analysis, and present data-driven recommendations
- Maintain campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization based on multi-touch attribution and A/B testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience
- Proven expertise managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Pinterest
- Experience analyzing results to generate insights, recommendations, and optimizations tied to CPL, CAC, and ROAS goals
- Strong client-facing skills including relationship management and presentation delivery
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
