Hands-on digital professional responsible for managing and continuously optimizing a global B2B WordPress website to improve content quality, search performance, and conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish website content across a global WordPress site, including product pages, solution pages, and regional content.
- Maintain a large digital product catalog ensuring accuracy, proper structure, metadata, and optimization for search and conversions.
- Enforce content governance, brand guidelines, taxonomy, and metadata standards across all markets.
- Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, and structured data.
- Lead AI Optimization (AIO) efforts to improve performance in AI-driven search and featured snippets.
- Monitor organic performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Conduct content audits and execute remediation plans for gaps, cannibalization, or performance issues.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to drive conversion rate optimization on landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
- Identify and test UX improvements to reduce friction for complex B2B navigation.
- Analyze site behavior data from GA4 and tools like Hotjar to guide page structure and content decisions.
- Track and report on organic traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs to marketing leadership.
- Collaborate with international and regional marketing teams on localized content adaptation.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related role, preferably B2B.
- Hands-on WordPress experience including page, plugin, and content management.
- Working knowledge of on-page and technical SEO: keyword research, metadata, internal linking, structured data.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and form improvement.
- Familiarity with AI Optimization for structured, authoritative content targeting AI search and snippets.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across global teams.
- Commitment to staying current on SEO, AIO, CMS, UX, and digital best practices.
- Preferred: Attention to detail and copywriting skills for product and landing pages.
- Preferred: Experience in B2B manufacturing or complex product environments.
- Preferred: Basic HTML/CSS for WordPress troubleshooting and developer communication.
- Preferred: Experience integrating forms with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
