- Develop visually appealing and results-oriented landing pages for marketing campaigns and user pathways.
- Generate wireframes, prototypes, and graphical elements utilizing tools like Figma.
- Maintain adherence to company branding, communication style, and inclusivity guidelines in all designs.
- Partner with paid media and performance marketing colleagues to synchronize creative deliverables.
- Formulate, execute, and assess A/B and multivariate experiments using tools such as VWO or Optimizely.
- Construct test variations through design software, no-code platforms, or simple HTML/CSS.
- Establish precise hypotheses, testing frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Perform comprehensive quality checks before and after launches to verify functionality and data integrity.
- Examine full patient flows from an end-user viewpoint to identify improvements.
- Leverage analytics platforms like GA4, Hotjar, or Clarity to study user actions and pinpoint obstacles to conversion.
- Execute funnel reviews and deliver practical recommendations to shape future designs.
- Analyze experiment outcomes and compile insightful reports for team members.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in landing page creation, Google Analytics, testing platforms, A/B experimentation, UX design or research, marketing, and basic HTML.
- Experience in a dynamic mid-scale company, demonstrated by past initiatives and their resulting ROI or ROAS improvements.
- Preference for candidates from regulated sectors familiar with associated constraints.
- Strong skills in building landing pages and digital flows, with advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Practical involvement in conducting CRO experiments, validating ideas, and reviewing findings, including knowledge of UX principles, adaptive layouts, and accessibility norms.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRO solutions like VWO or Optimizely.
- Essential background in design coupled with familiarity in analytics systems such as GA4 and Posthog.
