Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in landing page creation, Google Analytics, testing platforms, A/B experimentation, UX design or research, marketing, and basic HTML.
  • Experience in a dynamic mid-scale company, demonstrated by past initiatives and their resulting ROI or ROAS improvements.
  • Preference for candidates from regulated sectors familiar with associated constraints.
  • Strong skills in building landing pages and digital flows, with advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Practical involvement in conducting CRO experiments, validating ideas, and reviewing findings, including knowledge of UX principles, adaptive layouts, and accessibility norms.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRO solutions like VWO or Optimizely.
  • Essential background in design coupled with familiarity in analytics systems such as GA4 and Posthog.
