Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for legal clients on Google, Bing, Meta, and other networks
- Monitor campaign pacing to prevent under- or over-delivery
- Report performance metrics to stakeholders with strategy enhancements
- Perform competitive research to advance client positioning
- Support internal teams on paid media inquiries
- Conduct keyword research and create ad copy aligned with goals
- Collaborate on innovative campaign ideas
- Keep abreast of paid media trends and practices
- Assist the Paid Media Director with daily operations
- Handle ad hoc projects and duties as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
- Over 2 years of experience in developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, display, social, video) for the legal sector
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization in legal digital marketing
- Expertise in managing and scaling ad budgets, including forecasting, pacing, and reporting
- Proficiency in advanced tracking and attribution (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4)
- Acquaintance with platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social advertising
- Skill in converting complex metrics into actionable client and team recommendations
- Commitment to following paid media trends, updates, automation, and new formats
- Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and insights
