Performance-driven Media Buyer focused on affiliate lead generation, responsible for launching and scaling Meta advertising campaigns to deliver consistent ROI across multiple high-volume verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns in affiliate lead generation verticals.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns daily to maintain and improve ROI.
  • Create and test high-volume ad creatives, hooks, scripts, and landing pages.
  • Produce and launch a minimum of 10 new ads and 3 new landing pages weekly.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify profitable scaling opportunities.
  • Increase ad spend while preserving ROI targets and compliance.
  • Identify and scale high-performing affiliate offers across verticals.
  • Ensure correct tracking setup, campaign compliance, and monitoring.
  • Follow and refine internal SOPs and workflows.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team.
  • Mentor junior buyers as the team expands (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on Meta media buying experience in affiliate lead generation.
  • Track record of running and scaling ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, scaling methods, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop compelling ad angles, hooks, and creative concepts.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and affiliate tracking platforms (Redtrack preferred).
  • Familiarity with spy tools such as Pipi Ads, Atria, SpyHero or equivalents.
  • Preferred: mentoring or managing other media buyers.
  • Preferred: experience in verticals such as windows, roofing, gutters, credit cards, auto insurance, or affiliate eCommerce.
  • Preferred: Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Canva, and AI creative tools.
