We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client marketing initiatives by developing strategies and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results. This hands-on, client-facing position requires strong ownership of both internal brand growth and client success, working closely with a small collaborative team in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand goals, turn them into marketing strategies, and serve as the primary marketing contact
- Plan and execute digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta/Facebook
- Conduct research and implement SEO improvements for clients
- Manage social media content, posting, and Google Business Profile optimization
- Create, send, and optimize email campaigns and newsletters
- Track performance metrics and provide clear, actionable reporting to clients
- Lead internal marketing efforts for the company, including initiative planning and team facilitation
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with direct client interaction experience
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising, SEO, and social media management
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution
- Self-motivated with comfort working in a small, collaborative team
- Takes ownership and reliably follows through on deliverables
- Local to Central Indiana with availability for hybrid schedule (in-office days required in Plainfield)
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously with strong organization skills
