We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client marketing initiatives by developing strategies and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results. This hands-on, client-facing position requires strong ownership of both internal brand growth and client success, working closely with a small collaborative team in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand goals, turn them into marketing strategies, and serve as the primary marketing contact
  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta/Facebook
  • Conduct research and implement SEO improvements for clients
  • Manage social media content, posting, and Google Business Profile optimization
  • Create, send, and optimize email campaigns and newsletters
  • Track performance metrics and provide clear, actionable reporting to clients
  • Lead internal marketing efforts for the company, including initiative planning and team facilitation
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with direct client interaction experience
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising, SEO, and social media management
