Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying with significant spend in high-CPL lead generation settings
  • Strong preference for experience in legal advertising, distinguishing qualified leads
  • Proven skill in writing high-performing scripts and hooks, with portfolio examples
  • Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager, covering structure, pixel, CAPI, and audiences
  • Solid experience with Google Ads, including LSA and Search
  • Proficiency in CRM and attribution tools like HubSpot, Hyros, or similar
  • Experience using AI for creative production, scripting, management, reporting, and automation
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish for creative and campaigns as an advantage
