Join Block LLP as a Media Buyer and Creative Strategist to manage paid acquisition across legal practice areas, handling over $100K monthly spend mainly on Meta, while leading creative development and campaign optimization in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ad concepts targeting plaintiff pain points and emotional triggers for competitive legal markets
- Write scripts and hooks for video and static ads in English and Spanish
- Direct production resources internally or externally to execute creative ideas
- Launch and manage structured tests in Meta Ads Manager with defined hypotheses
- Scale successful campaigns methodically and optimize based on key performance metrics
- Build repeatable systems for ads, including dashboards and AI-driven automation
- Manage full Meta ad account, including campaigns, audiences, creative, and budgets
- Oversee Google Ads for LSA, Search, and Display with accountability to CPL and case volume
- Handle end-to-end creative pipeline from concepts to iteration
- Implement attribution and reporting via HubSpot or equivalents, linking to business outcomes
- Create English and Spanish campaigns for Southern California markets
- Provide weekly reports to leadership on results, changes, and plans
- Ensure ad compliance with platform regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on media buying with significant spend in high-CPL lead generation settings
- Strong preference for experience in legal advertising, distinguishing qualified leads
- Proven skill in writing high-performing scripts and hooks, with portfolio examples
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager, covering structure, pixel, CAPI, and audiences
- Solid experience with Google Ads, including LSA and Search
- Proficiency in CRM and attribution tools like HubSpot, Hyros, or similar
- Experience using AI for creative production, scripting, management, reporting, and automation
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish for creative and campaigns as an advantage
- Focus on business outcomes, linking CPL to case value and firm revenue
- Ability to prioritize substantive metrics over vanity ones
