Key Responsibilities
- Oversee lead generation via Paid Social on Meta, Google Search and Display, SEO, and affiliate/partner channels
- Test, optimize, and expand campaigns based on results
- Lower cost per lead and enhance lead quality
- Work with sales and marketing teams to boost lead-to-close conversions
- Ensure campaign compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement new scalable lead sources
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in mortgage lead generation
- Demonstrated success in paid campaigns resulting in funded loans
- Deep knowledge of paid social, Google Ads, and funnel optimization
