Qualifications
- Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or related field.
- Background in marketing or digital campaigns, preferably B2B, with agency or consultancy exposure and direct involvement in digital media execution.
- Proficiency in employing AI tools like ChatGPT for collaborative tasks, information organization, and document refinement to enhance team productivity.
- Comprehensive grasp of marketing strategies, customer journey stages, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Solid familiarity with key performance indicators including CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, CTR, conversion rates, and basic attribution models for guiding improvements.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools like GA4, plus marketing automation/CRM systems.
- Expertise in developing and managing email campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
