Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of integrated campaign strategies aligned with client marketing aims, utilizing AI to model scenarios and organize planning inputs for team refinement.

  • Oversee campaign schedules, budgets, and assets to meet deadlines, specifications, and performance targets, including setup, quality assurance, and management across advertising platforms.
  • Conduct routine performance reviews and propose optimizations such as bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative variations within defined parameters.
  • Generate concise client reports with actionable insights, employing AI for data synthesis and initial drafting while verifying precision and pertinence.
  • Apply performance data to enhance campaign outcomes, consulting senior leadership on significant adjustments, and remain informed on industry advancements in digital, AI, and platform evolutions.
  • Foster effective partnerships with the client service team in Singapore through regular updates, insight sharing, and preparation of meeting materials, using AI to standardize communications.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and participate in discussions to clarify outcomes, decisions, and future strategies.
  • Promote AI adoption within the team by distributing resources and best practices to boost collaboration and output quality.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and account teams to ensure structured, documented, and optimized project delivery.
  • Assume full accountability for tasks, leveraging AI tools for efficient completion, and offer guidance to junior staff on platform usage, reporting, and AI integration.

Qualifications

  • Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or related field.
  • Background in marketing or digital campaigns, preferably B2B, with agency or consultancy exposure and direct involvement in digital media execution.
  • Proficiency in employing AI tools like ChatGPT for collaborative tasks, information organization, and document refinement to enhance team productivity.
  • Comprehensive grasp of marketing strategies, customer journey stages, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Solid familiarity with key performance indicators including CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, CTR, conversion rates, and basic attribution models for guiding improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools like GA4, plus marketing automation/CRM systems.
  • Expertise in developing and managing email campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Superior communication abilities for client interactions, including verbal, written, and presentation skills in a consultative setting.
  • Analytical skills encompassing listening, inquiry, and critical evaluation to refine briefs and strategies.
  • Collaborative aptitude in multifunctional teams, relationship building across locations, organizational prowess, detail orientation, and multitasking under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing learning in marketing, digital, and AI trends.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of B2B tactics like account-based marketing, multi-market agency experience especially in Asia/China, martech and reporting tool proficiency, database handling, and composure in high-pressure, cross-time-zone environments.
