Perform end-to-end management of paid-search campaigns that drive measurable lead generation and customer acquisition for B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Align budgets, optimizations and performance with client goals
- Build campaigns, keywords and creatives
- Configure Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking across platforms
- Execute ongoing optimizations to improve results
- Deliver performance insights, reports and commentary for client meetings
- Apply agency processes, best practices and automation across accounts
- Conduct QA checks on campaign builds and account changes
- Identify opportunities or issues and recommend data-driven solutions
- Perform regular analyses to inform recommendations
Qualifications
- 3-5 years managing paid-search accounts
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking in Google Ads, Meta and GA4
- Strong analytical, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while taking direction
