Commercially focused CRO Manager responsible for leading conversion rate optimisation efforts to support ambitious growth targets. The role sits at the centre of digital strategy, combining testing, personalisation and data analysis to improve site performance across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Own CRO strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and reporting
• Drive experimentation framework including hypothesis creation, backlog management and velocity targets
• Oversee governance for A/B, multivariate and server-side testing including QA processes
• Deliver personalisation at scale across B2C and B2B journeys
• Partner with eCommerce and Performance Marketing Managers to improve paid media and website performance
• Analyse growth metrics and turn data into actionable optimisation insights
• Collaborate on landing page development aligned with marketing campaigns
• Lead multiple landing page initiatives from idea to launch and ongoing optimisation
• Conduct funnel analysis to optimise customer journeys

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in CRO and journey optimisation
• Strong strategic thinking with deep knowledge of user behaviour, digital metrics and conversion theory
• Expertise in GA4 (essential) and VWO; ideally Piwik Pro
• Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking and attribution tools
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of statistical significance
• Ability to translate data insights into commercial recommendations
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience working with marketing teams and developers on campaigns
• Track record of delivering measurable commercial results through testing
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
