Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Paid Search with attention to accuracy and best-practice execution
- Support testing roadmaps by running experiments on audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and bidding strategies
- Build, QA, and refine campaign setups, tracking, and targeting to improve learning and performance
- Monitor daily results, spot trends, and shape recommendations to boost efficiency and scaling
- Transform insights into actionable changes across channels and contribute to channel playbooks
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience across performance marketing channels with a clear interest in deepening expertise
- Obsessed with experimentation, data analysis, and growth
- Hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools
- Structured, organised, and detail-oriented
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys constant iteration and learning
