Support app user acquisition growth by executing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Apple Search Ads and Google UAC with a data-driven, analytical approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of app acquisition campaigns across Meta, Apple Search Ads and Google UAC.
  • Monitor performance and optimise bids, budgets, audiences, creative and campaign structures.
  • Analyse granular metrics including installs, CPA, CAC, ROAS, retention and downstream conversions.
  • Support budget pacing and direct spend towards highest-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with creative teams to test messaging, formats and audiences in a structured manner.
  • Deliver clear performance reporting and practical recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution and data-quality issues with internal teams and platforms.
  • Drive experimentation across channels, creatives and user journeys to improve efficiency and scale.

Qualifications

  • Solid performance marketing experience with exposure to app marketing, paid social and mobile user acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Exposure to Apple Search Ads and Google UAC.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and commercial metrics.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance in depth and explain insights and next steps.
  • Experience working with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch.
  • Proficiency with reporting and BI tools including Looker and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, good judgement and proactive account management.
  • Clear communication and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to incrementality testing, creative testing frameworks or app funnel optimisation.
  • Good understanding of mobile measurement, attribution (LTV/CAC) and privacy concepts such as SKAN, ATT and post-IDFA challenges.
  • Nice to have: experience in ecommerce, marketplace, fashion, retail or high-volume performance marketing environments.
  • Nice to have: experience across both app and web performance marketing.
