Mention Me is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join as maternity cover, supporting pipeline and revenue growth in a specific Growth pod. Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, the role involves planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, and content while driving measurable pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns using HubSpot for emails, automated workflows and nurture sequences.
  • Manage paid media across Google, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
  • Own the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual events, including topic and speaker selection, promotion, execution and post-event nurture.
  • Organise in-person events and partner activations, handling logistics, attendance targets and pipeline follow-through.
  • Collaborate with the content team on content-led campaigns aligned to GTM priorities.
  • Manage campaign calendars, launches and performance reporting.
  • Drive the PLG motion through demand generation activities.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, SDRs, Sales and external agencies.
  • Optimise performance across paid social, search, HubSpot campaigns, email programmes and website conversion paths.
  • Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, CAC, funnel conversions, webinar ROI and email programme performance.
  • Work with agencies, Brand, Design and Events teams to deliver campaigns efficiently.
  • Support forecasting, planning and experimentation with the Senior Demand Gen Manager.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years’ experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience driving pipeline in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
  • Daily working experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, nurture sequences, list segmentation and campaign reporting.
  • Proven track record planning and running webinars and events that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Experience building and optimising email nurture programmes that drive measurable funnel progression.
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data and dashboards.
  • Experience working with SDR and Sales teams.
  • Bias towards action and ability to make decisions with imperfect information.
