Seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle app marketing and paid social campaigns, focusing on data-driven optimization to enhance user acquisition and app growth at a leading fashion platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily execution of app acquisition campaigns on Meta, Apple Search Ads, and Google UAC.
  • Monitor performance and optimize elements like bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and structures.
  • Conduct granular analysis using metrics such as installs, CPA, CAC, ROAS, retention, and conversions to identify drivers of success.
  • Assist with budget pacing and allocation to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to test messaging, formats, audiences, and strategies systematically.
  • Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve tracking, attribution, or data issues with internal and external partners.
  • Facilitate experiments in channels, audiences, creatives, and app experiences to boost efficiency and scale.
  • Keep abreast of platform updates, privacy changes, attribution trends, and app marketing practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in performance marketing, including app marketing, paid social, and mobile user acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with Apple Search Ads and Google UAC.
  • Strong analytical abilities and ease with data and commercial decisions.
  • Skill in interpreting deeper campaign insights and forecasting outcomes.
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker and Excel.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and proactive management.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing, creative frameworks, or app funnel optimization.
  • Understanding of mobile attribution, including LTV/CAC, SKAN, ATT, and post-IDFA challenges.
  • Preferred: Background in ecommerce, marketplace, fashion, retail, or high-volume environments.
  • Preferred: Experience in both app and web performance marketing.
