Drive execution of EU paid media campaigns for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, managing retailer-linked and brand-led initiatives across multiple markets to deliver awareness, consideration and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and rollout of the EU paid media strategy aligned to local market needs.
- Partner with media agencies and retailer media teams to optimise campaigns against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and conversion.
- Brief Global Creative teams on campaign assets, ensuring platform best-practice and local-market optimisation.
- Manage post-delivery translation processes for creatives and copy.
- Incorporate Global directives into paid activations for NPD launches and events, covering creative, messaging and audience strategy.
- Ensure asset readiness for retailer co-op media investment plans.
- Produce regular campaign performance reports and recommend optimisations based on insights.
- Assist budget management and platform optimisations to improve campaign efficiency.
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform media decisions.
- Handle finance processes including raising POs and monthly reconciliations.
- Research social trends and new ad products/technologies, including AI applications, to propose performance improvements.
- Analyse creative performance and share learnings with Creative and Global teams.
Qualifications
- Some experience in paid media, preferably agency or in-house within beauty, fashion, luxury or retail.
- Strong data-analysis skills with clear understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently while remaining organised and detail-oriented.
- Commercial curiosity linking paid media to revenue and business growth.
- Balance of data-driven decision-making and creative sensibility.
- Collaborative approach suited to fast-paced, agile environments with positive attitude under pressure.
