As Digital Marketing Manager at Fora, you will lead ownership of the company website as a primary commercial and conversion channel while driving overall digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Fora’s website, delivering a seamless user experience and optimising landing pages through CMS updates and campaign asset management.
  • Monitor and enhance site performance, including load times, UX quality and brand consistency, while ensuring tracking, tagging and attribution accuracy.
  • Analyse performance via GA4 and related tools to track user behaviour, conversions and campaign results, translating insights into actionable recommendations and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with agencies and technical partners on SEO, technical enhancements and campaign integration, ensuring end-to-end tracking and successful feature releases.
  • Support cross-team initiatives by translating marketing briefs into website builds, partnering with creative and content teams, and working with CRM on campaign journeys.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in UX, CRO and digital journeys through regular audits and keeping pace with emerging digital and analytics trends.
  • Shape digital content strategy across channels and support organic social efforts to maintain consistent, premium brand messaging at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role with strong skills in website management and optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO, email marketing and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CMS and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to convert data into meaningful action along with excellent project management capabilities.
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners and familiarity with tag management or data visualisation tools.
  • Exposure to B2B, B2C, membership or professional services environments and relevant qualifications such as CIM, DMA or Google certifications.
