Seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager for B2C operations to lead and expand demand generation initiatives in a dynamic, rapidly expanding startup atmosphere. This position demands active involvement and results-oriented approaches, concentrating on compensated and organic media platforms like PPC, social advertising, and affiliate programs to enhance customer acquisition, boost conversion efficiency, and optimize return on investment. The role reports to the Commercial Director for Consumer and involves collaborating with internal groups and external collaborators to develop, refine, and amplify B2C digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2C demand generation plans using both paid digital and organic channels
  • Design, initiate, refine, and expand PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Search, Display, and YouTube
  • Oversee paid social advertising efforts on channels including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as appropriate
  • Build and enhance an effective affiliate marketing program, including oversight of partners, networks, and results
  • Regularly evaluate campaign outcomes and adjust strategies to enhance CPA, ROAS, conversion metrics, and LTV
  • Handle digital marketing budgets efficiently amid rapid business expansion
  • Conduct testing and refinement activities, such as A/B tests on visuals, landing pages, target groups, and communications
  • Collaborate with branding, product, analytics, and sales teams to synchronize acquisition tactics with overarching objectives
  • Enhance customer lifetime value through targeted programs in partnership with product and related departments
  • Coordinate with external agencies, independent contractors, and technology platforms when needed
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and optimal practices for B2C expansion

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of direct involvement in B2C demand generation in startup or growth-stage companies
  • Solid expertise in handling paid advertising, encompassing PPC/search, paid social, and affiliate marketing
  • Demonstrated success in expanding customer acquisition methods while ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance evaluation and data-informed decision-making
  • Background in budget oversight and performance projections
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving settings with uncertainty and shifting focuses
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Preferred: Background in growing large-scale products across varied models like subscriptions
  • Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare or regulated sectors
  • Preferred: Oversight of paid media external partners
  • Preferred: Proficiency in analysis software such as Google Analytics and attribution systems
