Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize campaigns on Meta and Paid Search with precision and best practices
- Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap involving audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and bidding strategies
- Build, quality-assure, and refine campaign setups, tracking, and targeting for continuous learning and improvement
- Rapidly deploy performance assets and identify audience-resonating elements
- Monitor daily performance metrics, detect trends, and formulate optimization recommendations
- Potentially manage end-to-end CRM operations including segment building, send scheduling, and timely communications
- Convert data insights into practical adjustments for channel enhancements and growth opportunities
- Document experiments, successes, and learnings to refine channel strategies and playbooks
Qualifications
