Design high-performing digital ads and brand assets in support of campaign development and visual identity growth at a scaling DTC brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing digital ads and contribute to creative strategy for campaign concepts
- Produce standout visuals for product launches and brand campaigns across web, social, OOH, TV, and other channels
- Edit and retouch images, prepare production-ready assets for both digital and print formats
- Collaborate with brand, growth, and content teams to maintain consistent and elevated visual identity
- Support evolution of company visual identity and brand guidelines
- Stay current with design, fashion, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh creative ideas
Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in graphic, visual, or brand design with fashion, lifestyle, or DTC focus
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating assets for digital and print production with strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance creativity with performance-oriented design thinking
- Fluency in English; Czech a plus
