As a Video Producer in London, you will oversee the complete production workflow for performance-driven video content, leading a small crew and ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact assets for social platforms like Meta and TikTok within a dynamic agency group.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the Video Director and Videographer, handling their scheduling, well-being, professional growth, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct routine one-on-one sessions with team members to address performance, development, and daily team dynamics.
- Provide prompt and constructive feedback to crew, incorporating insights from shoots to enhance future outputs.
- Handle intake of project briefs, verifying completeness and readiness for production.
- Lead all pre-production activities, including budgeting, timelines, casting, location scouting, prop acquisition, talent management, and call sheet preparation.
- Participate in Production Planning Meetings with comprehensive updates on crew capacity, upcoming shoots, potential delays, and resource needs.
- Occasionally oversee on-site shoot operations to maintain adherence to schedules and briefs involving clients and talent.
- Collect and distribute post-production feedback from stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor and control budgets for simultaneous projects.
- Cultivate ongoing partnerships with external freelancers, casting agencies, and vendors.
- Proactively report potential risks, team challenges, or resource limitations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in production roles, preferably in agencies, commercial, or branded content settings.
