Lead and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of major consumer events, combining digital strategy with offline execution to drive audience growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans to achieve visitor and revenue targets
- Coordinate targeted campaigns across email, websites, social, paid and traditional channels
- Own email marketing strategy and execution including segmentation, testing and optimisation
- Manage event websites ensuring content, SEO, conversion and engagement goals are met
- Plan and deliver organic social campaigns supported by Marketing Executives
- Collaborate with central digital team on paid search, paid social and display activity
- Monitor performance against KPIs and produce weekly ticket-sales and post-event reports
- Brief and manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver campaign assets
- Build and maintain media partnerships and industry relationships
- Line-manage and coach a Marketing Executive
- Support onsite delivery at multiple events and manage the ticket agent during shows
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years progressive marketing experience, ideally in events, exhibitions or consumer brands
- Hands-on experience across the full marketing mix with emphasis on digital delivery
- Proven track record managing email marketing, websites (CMS/SEO), search, paid and organic social, and display
- Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills for fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms, CRM systems and box office processes
- Proactive approach and desire to develop within the events sector
