An experienced Marketing Campaign Manager is required to oversee the full lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, from initial concept through to post-launch evaluation, ensuring alignment between commercial goals, product priorities, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage the campaign calendar, briefs, timelines and critical path.
- Create campaign messaging frameworks and supporting copy matrices to maintain consistent brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with brand and design teams on creative direction and asset development.
- Coordinate channel activation across email, social, paid media and retail touchpoints.
- Act as central liaison for cross-functional teams, leading meetings and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and performance reviews to capture learnings.
- Support wider marketing communications, competitor analysis, and consistent brand guardianship.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of campaign management experience with a proven record of planning, executing and evaluating multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, including managing complex timelines, cross-functional teams and strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Multi-channel experience across email, social, paid media and retail.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and storytelling that connect with target audiences and support brand positioning.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
