Performance Marketing Manager role at Hutch, a mobile games studio, focusing on user acquisition strategies to drive revenue through data-driven campaign management and optimization in Dundee.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage high-level user acquisition strategy, including channel selection, campaign execution, and target audience decisions
- Manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize player acquisition
- Supervise, mentor, and train Campaign Managers
- Create detailed creative briefs and collaborate with the marketing art team on creative optimization and new artwork development
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify and exploit new opportunities
- Assist with App Store Optimization and refine ROAS measurement approaches
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Performance Marketing Manager in the video games industry
- Experience running campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and other networks
- Experience managing relationships with account managers at AdNetworks like IronSource, UnityAds, and DSPs
- Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Passion for games with understanding of mobile game success factors and audience demographics
- Prior experience playing a Hutch game with ability to discuss likes and dislikes
- Curious nature with drive to uncover explanations and devise creative solutions
