Motion Graphics Editor (Contract) at Jump 450 Media, Remote in United States

Contract-based hybrid Motion Graphics Designer/Editor position focused on producing direct-response video and static assets for paid social placements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and similar channels. The role requires rapid iteration, collaboration with creative teams, and the use of AI tools to deliver performance-optimized creative at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce motion ads plus supporting static assets for performance testing
• Build direct-response-first motion systems including kinetic typography, transitions, overlays, and effects
• Re-cut footage and generate new variations for A/B testing and rapid creative iteration
• Develop moodboards, styleframes, and storyboards for internal and client alignment
• Leverage stock assets, SFX, and AI tools to accelerate production for brands with limited existing content
• Maintain strict project organization and file hygiene for seamless collaboration and revisions
• Manage concurrent projects while balancing quality, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced setting
• Track paid and organic platform trends to translate into ad-ready creative patterns
• Deliver assets across multiple aspect ratios while meeting platform specifications

Qualifications

• Strong design sense paired with direct-response sensibility (clarity, hierarchy, pacing, hooks, CTAs)
• Proven ability to produce stills, motion graphics, and video edits at scale
• Expert-level file organization and project hygiene (naming conventions, clean layers, structured timelines)
• Ability to adhere to established team processes, templates, and handoff procedures
• Agency experience working at high pace preferred
• Adaptability to adopt new tools, especially AI-assisted production workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere (Photoshop and Illustrator required; Audition a plus)
• Strong Figma skills preferred for template collaboration and fast iteration
• Comfortable with Google/Microsoft/Slack tools and AI-assisted production tools
