Fixed-term Digital Marketing Executive supporting execution of digital campaigns, website and email operations, performance analysis, and customer journey improvements in collaboration with agencies and the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage company websites, eCommerce sections, and Product Information Management system
- Collaborate with agencies and developers on front- and back-end website improvements
- Optimise customer journey and user experience to maximise engagement and conversions
- Support delivery of SEO and GEO strategies with external partners
- Produce data-driven insights and reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist delivery of digital campaigns and lead-generation projects to increase marketing-qualified leads
- Analyse campaign results and recommend enhancements
- Manage email marketing calendar and automated lifecycle journeys including build, test, deploy and reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools and testing/CRO platforms
- Sound knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills
- Desirable: knowledge of Sitecore, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce
- Desirable: basic HTML skills and marketing background/qualification
- Proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities and using data to drive decisions
