Lead paid acquisition and growth marketing efforts for a logistics company connecting U.S.-based Mexican families with shipping services to Mexico, optimizing digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to generate high-quality leads through WhatsApp funnels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the paid acquisition strategy across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, including campaign structure, budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Continuously manage and refine campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google to deliver efficient spend and consistent lead volume.
  • Collaborate with the content creator on weekly creative testing plans focused on hooks, angles, offers, and messaging to improve lead quality into the WhatsApp funnel.
  • Analyze lead quality, CPL, CAC, and downstream conversions with the sales manager to ensure campaigns produce paying customers.
  • Create acquisition reports and performance dashboards that deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Launch new campaigns, test fresh content angles, and implement funnel improvements to maximize results.
  • Act as liaison between the content creator and sales manager, aligning marketing initiatives with sales outcomes and CRM pipeline health.
  • Maintain a disciplined test-and-learn acquisition system using performance data to drive continuous improvement across channels.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record managing at least $10,000 per month in paid media spend.
  • Demonstrated success running lead-generation campaigns that convert into qualified leads.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience collaborating with creative/content producers on ongoing ad creative testing.
  • Experience with WhatsApp-based funnels or conversational sales pipelines.
  • Experience running a structured test-and-learn process for paid acquisition including creative testing and iterative optimization.
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership to evaluate lead quality and downstream metrics such as CPL, CAC, and pipeline conversion.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Preferred: Experience with a CRM such as GoHighLevel to manage leads through a sales pipeline.
  • Preferred: Experience marketing to Hispanic audiences in the U.S. and Spanish fluency.
