Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enhancements in UX to elevate job applications, registrations, and engagement metrics
  • Develop and execute a UX roadmap that supports key business objectives
  • Examine user interactions to pinpoint obstacles and drop-offs in key processes
  • Direct a comprehensive testing initiative involving A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Establish and refine conversion pathways for search, job viewing, and application stages
  • Execute swift UX/UI enhancements leveraging front-end coding abilities
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, SEO, Data, and Engineering groups
  • Set up and uphold effective systems for tracking, evaluation, and reporting
  • Create and refine innovative features and user interactions for candidates
  • Guide, coach, and build a capable UX/UI team while fostering alignment with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Extensive background in UX, product design, or conversion enhancement on busy digital sites
  • Demonstrated success in refining conversion paths and user flows
  • Practical involvement in testing methods like A/B and multivariate trials
  • Competence in software including Figma, Google Analytics, and PostHog
  • Robust analytical approach with data-informed decision-making expertise
  • Business insight to focus on high-value chances
  • Technical abilities in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React/Next.js
  • Familiarity with data analysis, user tracking, and testing platforms
  • Prior involvement in leading or guiding UX/design personnel
  • Effective collaboration abilities in dynamic, results-driven settings
