Seeking a VP of Marketing to lead client acquisition for a product development studio through hands-on execution across SEO, GEO, paid, outbound, brand, and content operations, with a focus on building and operating AI agents to scale marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale SEO and GEO to increase visibility in traditional and AI-driven search results such as ChatGPT and Perplexity
  • Fix and optimize paid acquisition channels through diagnosis, redesign, and performance validation
  • Build and operate AI agents for content production, outreach, reporting, and campaign operations
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns to book meetings with US-based founders and VPs of Engineering
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, and pipeline contribution on a weekly basis and discontinue ineffective efforts
  • Shape brand perception to position Bolder Apps as an AI-native agency
  • Manage the full marketing budget with accountability for CAC and pipeline results
  • Report performance metrics weekly with CFO-level rigor

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable B2B pipeline impact with numbers that can be defended
  • Fluency in CAC, payback, LTV, and channel-level conversion metrics
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agent workflows for marketing tasks
  • Track record of growing organic traffic on a B2B website with active GEO experiments
  • Experience diagnosing and fixing underperforming paid acquisition channels
  • Proven cold outbound success booking meetings with senior US buyers and selling professional services
  • Strong writing skills without using corporate buzzwords
  • Proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, and SQL
  • Founder-adjacent operating style with early problem flagging and transparent reporting
