Key Responsibilities

  • Develop static and motion graphics for paid advertising efforts on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, emphasizing rapid iteration and testing
  • Produce compelling visuals for organic social media on Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Modify creative materials to suit diverse formats, languages, and regional markets across six European nations
  • Contribute original concepts to product launches, branding initiatives, and ongoing visual development while adhering to the established brand identity

Qualifications

  • Early-stage career in design with eagerness to advance; portfolio prioritized over formal education in design or art direction
  • Proficiency in Figma, including organized files, reusable components, and auto-layout features
  • Versatile expertise in static and motion design, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Proactive approach to creativity, tracking trends, innovating formats, and forming discerning aesthetic judgments
  • Strong command of English alongside fluency in one additional European language including French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian
  • Intuitive grasp of performance-driven design for ads that capture attention
  • Experience producing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
  • Interest in fintech, cryptocurrency, or decentralized finance
