Key Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and refine paid advertising initiatives for diverse sectors on platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, and others to align with client objectives.
- Track campaign delivery pace to avoid under- or over-spending.
- Evaluate paid advertising effectiveness and apply forward-thinking and responsive tactics to boost results.
- Measure and present key performance indicators for paid efforts to both internal teams and clients.
- Clearly explain campaign dynamics, underlying causes, and improvement actions to stakeholders.
- Perform competitive analysis and formulate aggressive and protective tactics to enhance client visibility via paid channels.
- Offer suggestions to relevant parties on webpage enhancements and approaches to elevate paid advertising efficiency.

- Partner with the Paid Media Operations group for initiating new accounts or campaigns.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years in paid media within an agency setting.
- Preferred experience interacting with clients.
